Intro to Astanga with Tal Peretz

During this 2.5 hour workshop, Tal will introduce you to the system of Astanga yoga, which is the basis for his Wednesday evening “Astanga Inspired” class. After a brief discussion of the lineage of Astanga, the practice's "tristhana" philosophy, and the differences between Astanga and other styles of yoga, we will explore postures in the Primary Series of Astanga yoga and have an opportunity to ask questions and receive personal attention.
