Mantras, or chants, are sounds, phrases, or verses that are said aloud to help calm the mind during meditation. Chanting as a community can inspire compassion and a strong sense of unity. In addition to learning about meditation techniques and postures, you can expect to learn a few mantras and participate in a group chant.
