This 2-hour workshop is the perfect place for new students to start! We'll cover everything from a simple explanation of why we practice barefoot to an alignment breakdown of the most common postures in our vinyasa yoga classes, including answer the question, "What is yoga anyway?," and teach you ujjayi pranayama, a heat-building breathing practice we use at Yogafly. Every participant will receive individual attention and you'll leave with a strong foundation that you can carry with you into any of our All Levels classes.
