Join Kat for a self-myofascial full body release workshop. Invest in this self-care practice before finals week and planning for the holidays. Together, we will work into the fascia of our bodies.

Fascia is the web-like connective tissue that weaves in between and around our muscles, encompassing our entire muscular system. We will use tennis balls*, blanket rolls, and body weight to apply gentle sustained pressure to different areas to relieve tension and restore motion. This stretching and manual pressure application will take some work and cause you to find your edge, but will result in a release.

*Please bring a long sock to use with tennis balls.

This workshop will fuse together fascial release, yin-like aspects of yoga, and simple breath-based mindfulness.
