Handstand Intensive with Lauren Lynch


This workshop is for students who are comfortable with and/or are working toward a stable handstand at the wall. The key to a confident inversion is lifting heels over head and knowing how to float back to the ground safely. During this two-hour workshop, you will build core strength and open your shoulders to lift off into handstand at or away from the wall. You will gain knowledge and strength to further your inversion practice!
